PrimeNest Properties LLC is a real estate investment company, not a licensed real estate brokerage, agent, or mortgage lender. When we make a cash offer on your property, we are acting as a principal buyer — we are purchasing the property for our own account.

We are not providing real estate brokerage services, acting as your agent or fiduciary, or offering investment advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a licensed real estate service or a representation that we will list your property on any Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or public marketplace.

If you wish to sell your home through a traditional listing with a licensed real estate agent, we encourage you to do so. Our service is one option among several, and we believe an informed seller makes the best seller.

2. No Obligation — Offers Are Non-Binding Until Signed

Submitting a lead form on our website, speaking with our team by phone, or receiving a verbal or written cash offer does not create any binding contract or obligation on your part. You are under no duty to accept any offer we make.

A binding purchase agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a written Purchase and Sale Agreement. Until that agreement is fully executed, either party may withdraw without penalty or obligation.
