1. How We Obtain Your Consent

We collect your phone number when you submit a cash offer request form on our website. By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the form, you expressly consent — in writing — to receive text messages and telephone calls from PrimeNest Properties LLC at the number provided, including calls or texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages.

This language is displayed immediately adjacent to the submission button and is not buried in general terms. It complies with TCPA written consent requirements for autodialed or prerecorded communications.

2. What Types of Messages We Send

Once you have opted in, we may send you the following types of communications:

• Offer Confirmation: Confirmation that we received your request and are preparing your cash offer
• Offer Delivery: Notification that your written cash offer is ready for review
• Follow-Up: Brief check-ins if we haven't heard back regarding your offer
• Scheduling: Coordination of any property walkthrough or closing date
• Transaction Updates: Status updates during an active purchase transaction

We do not send promotional blast messages, mass marketing campaigns, or messages unrelated to your active property inquiry.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the stage of your inquiry. You can generally expect:

• Initial inquiry phase: 1–3 messages per day for up to 5 business days
• Active offer stage: Up to 2 messages per day
• Post-offer, no response: No more than 1 message per week for up to 30 days, after which we will cease contact
• Active transaction: As needed for transaction coordination

Maximum: approximately 5 messages per week under normal circumstances.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply when you receive or reply to our text messages, depending on your mobile carrier plan. PrimeNest does not charge any fee for sending or receiving messages. Contact your wireless carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing or outreach text messages. If you have an active transaction in progress, we may still contact you by phone or email for transaction-related purposes unless you request otherwise.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your right to receive a cash offer or complete a real estate transaction with us.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Service availability and message delivery are not guaranteed on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Do-Not-Call Compliance

PrimeNest Properties maintains an internal Do-Not-Call (DNC) list. If you request to be placed on our DNC list — by phone, email, or text — we will honor that request within 30 days and retain your number on our internal DNC list for a minimum of 5 years.

We also honor numbers registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for marketing calls. Calls made for the purpose of completing an active, signed real estate transaction are exempt from DNC restrictions.

9. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

If you provide your email address, we may contact you by email regarding your property inquiry. All marketing emails from PrimeNest will:

• Clearly identify PrimeNest Properties LLC as the sender
• Include a valid physical mailing address
• Include a clear, one-click unsubscribe mechanism
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• Not use deceptive subject lines or sender information

10. TCPA Compliance Statement

PrimeNest Properties LLC is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the FCC's implementing regulations. We obtain prior express written consent before placing autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts to mobile numbers. We maintain records of consent and honor all revocations promptly.
